Al-Ahli Hospital’s Orthopedic and Traumatology Department has provided itself with internationally trained and highly experienced team of Consultant and Orthopedic Surgeons.

The Orthopedic and Traumatology Department started providing full time services in January 2009. The number of visits to the orthopedic clinic has drastically grown to the current year 2010 from a merely 100 to over 1200 a month. The services include consultation, elective and acute services, and day case surgeries.

Early on, the department took a multidisciplinary approach in dealing with clinical challenges that are faced daily. The department has established a strong collaboration between Orthopedic, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Emergency Room and other services in the hospital.
